01Is everything authentic?+
Yes. Every piece is examined before it enters the archive. Authentication may include third-party verification, archive comparison and detailed construction review.
02Are pieces new or pre-owned?+
They are vintage and may show age consistent with their history. Every notable mark, repair or sign of wear is disclosed before purchase.
03Do you accept returns?+
Because each piece is singular, all sales are final unless an item was materially misrepresented. Measurements and condition notes are provided so you can purchase with confidence.
04How do I purchase?+
Add the available piece to your bag and complete Shopify’s secure checkout. Inventory is held only after checkout is completed.
05Where do you ship?+
Domestic and international shipping are available. Rates, duties and delivery timing are shown or confirmed with your order. International duties remain the buyer’s responsibility.
06Can I request a specific piece?+
You can share your wishlist through the private line. The archive is sourced by point of view, so requests are kept in mind but never guaranteed.
